3 weeks after liposuction and fat grafting, I tried on a dress again

An update from someone who used to have a watercolor-like body I had arm, abdomen, pubic area, and pelvic fat grafting all at once, and for the first 1 to 2 weeks I lived in my compression garment. I still wear it whenever possible. It’s weirdly suffocating, but if I take it off, I feel empty inside, which is funny.. Every time I went to get management treatment and had them remove it, the bruising visibly faded. I took out the dress I wore before surgery and tried it on again. My waist is now nicely cinched in and my hips are fuller, so it’s the same dress but the fit looks like a completely different person.. My arms also look thinner starting from the shoulder line. The pubic bone area might seem like a place that wouldn’t show, but I can definitely feel that the underwear line looks cleaner. As for the lower belly area, should I call it the plump line below the lower stomach; the arms barely have any bruise marks left now. They say there’s still swelling, but if it already looks like this now, what happens when it’s all gone? I’m posting this partly to show off
