She had been stressed because her face had hollowed with age, so while looking for fat grafting, an acquaintance said theirs turned out well, and that is how she ended up doing it at The Door. Because fat had to be harvested, they did it from the thigh, and it really hurt. She also said the airway intubation during sedation anesthesia hurt the most. After the surgery, she was swollen and looked plump, but the swelling went down and the fat also disappeared with it. Still, there was a first and second procedure, so she had the second one too, but it did not turn out dramatically. It was only to the point of having a little more volume than before. It seems like you should not go in with big expectations. For reference, I heard that the younger you are, the better the fat takes, so keep that in mind. My mother had it done in her 50s, so it may be that the fat did not take well.
