I had chin liposuction a year and a half ago. I thought doing the lower-face version would be a disaster, so even though I also had a lot of fat elsewhere, I just did the chin. Looking back now, it was really a good decision... There were no particular side effects, and the surgery itself felt light. Recovery was fast, and at this level it's something I can recommend without much burden.
