Review of Kim Hyung-jin Basic

I had trapezius Botox a few times at different places before, but it didn't really work, and sometimes the pain got worse, so I stopped for a few years. Recently I've been lifting weights for over a year, and when I do shoulder exercises, I felt like my trapezius was subtly getting involved, so I thought about getting it done again, and then I found this place through YouTube. It worked pretty well here. Maybe because the necklace length changed and I also did slim-neck Botox at the same time, my neck looked thinner and longer. But I think that might have been synergistic because my upper back strength was better than before. The doctor also recommended during the consultation that I keep doing weight training as I am now, and especially do a lot of pulling movements like seated rows among back exercises. The downside is that after slim-neck Botox, when you lie down and get back up, you have to hold the back of your head and lift yourself up.. So after getting an eyelash perm, I had an embarrassing moment when I got up, and at the hair salon when they pulled my hair, I couldn't support my neck and thought my neck was going to break ㅡㅠㅠㅋㅋㅋㅋ But the visible effect is good, so I plan to keep getting it. I think doing trapezius + slim neck together is what really makes the slimming effect noticeable. If you're not getting it for cosmetic reasons and just for pain, it might be enough to do trapezius only, and maybe you can just start exercising consistently too
