I'm scheduled to have removal done there next week, but they said the columellar cartilage and tip cartilage are tied with non-dissolvable thread, so I'm curious what it feels like after the surgery I'm worried about whether I should still be careful after removal, like pressing on the nose bridge or being able to make a pig nose
