The other board keeps talking about putting more things in, modifying, and being satisfied, but on the removal board they say the end of tuning is stock.. and that removal is the final destination, so seeing them take things out makes everyone considering nose surgery look anxious now Even if they're satisfied now, I wonder whether they can really stay satisfied for life.. There are definitely many people who live well with their surgery nose for life I feel turned off by anything other than removal, but people who get revision surgeries are amazing too.. I guess it's a natural thought after experiencing redness at the tip of my nose? I want to be like them and put something inside and live well too Why can't I do that?
