When I had my first breast surgery in 2015, it was done with an areolar incision. At the time I didn't know much, and the clinic recommended an areolar incision, so I went ahead with it. After the surgery, the inframammary fold heights were uneven, the areolar scar was severe, and one side even developed bottoming out. The clinic promised aftercare, saying, "We'll do a revision surgery anytime." I couldn't afford a revision right away, so I went on without paying attention to my breasts, and in 2020 I finally had revision surgery. That time, too, it was done with an areolar incision. On one side, they even performed an areolar lift. But the result was utterly disastrous. The side that had the areolar incision ended up with the areola severely stretched and enlarged, and the scar was left very badly, so I can never go to a pool or a sauna/spa. The clinic's attitude was to talk about revision surgery again, and when I said I didn't want another revision and demanded a full refund, they actually filed three lawsuits against me. All three times, the cases were dismissed for no charges. I've already gone through these results after two surgeries, so how could I trust them again and leave myself in their hands? I hate and regret myself for having had my second surgery at the same clinic. Choose your clinic carefully so you don't end up with permanent scars on your breasts like me.
