My first double eyelid surgery review

Hello everyone, I just had my first double eyelid surgery this time! Doctor: incisional, ptosis correction O Me: non-incisional, ptosis correction X Final: [non-incisional O, ptosis correction X, no canthoplasty X] I did a *really* lot of research before going. I looked through almost everything I could find, including news, YouTube comments, hospital reviews, blogs, plastic surgery complication cafes, a community, and Naver cafes! After reading reviews and comparing many options, I ended up choosing this clinic! Research is important, but in-person visits are really important too, right? How they explain things face-to-face, whether their opinion matches mine, and whether they excessively recommend unnecessary procedures. (If they lightly suggest something without being too forceful, that can be taken as reflecting that doctor's opinion to some extent, so I can accept that, but I think excessive recommendations are not right.) For example, I didn't just think, 'Other people are getting ptosis correction, so I guess I should too!' Instead, I thought my eye-opening strength itself was good, so I didn't get ptosis correction. And since it was my first surgery, I also didn't want an incisional procedure, so I went with the non-incisional method! For people who are easily swayed by others' opinions, I think it's better to go into surgery after deciding your own opinion more firmly! The doctor was really kind and explained things very 'professionally.' What I mean by professional, in my case, is not that they just use medical jargon that doctors use among themselves, but that they explain it in a way that's easy for ordinary people to understand. They explained the surgery method, the principles, the difference between ptosis correction and double eyelid surgery, and other questions I asked in detail on a tablet! I could have gone with the doctor's recommendation, but because it was my first surgery, I wanted to proceed conservatively, so my opinion was reflected a lot! And I am satisfied with the result too!! The swelling still hasn't gone down completely, so I need to keep watching it, but so far I really like it! If I have time later, I'll come back with more progress updates! All the photos were taken with the default camera! I took them casually in natural light, bathroom lighting, indoors, etc., so please take that into account!
