There was a bit of a wait, but the atmosphere was not bad. I had originally been assigned a surgeon, but for some reason, whether it was true or not, they said this case would be better handled by a different surgeon and switched me. Even so, the doctor was kind and tried to look at me properly, but rather than identifying exactly what my needs were, he was busy identifying and explaining the problems with my eyes. I wish I had gotten a clear answer on whether my needs could be met.
