Four years ago I went because I wanted lip filler, but they said my lips probably did not need it and suggested nose treatment instead. When I said I would get nose surgery later, they told me not to touch the nose because then I would have to dissolve filler later. My lips and nose were both rejected, but since I was already there I wanted to do at least something, so I asked for facial shape counseling. Because I have a peanut-shaped face, I was going to get temple filler, but I ended up getting forehead + temple filler by accident. The forehead filler I got without planning it turned out naturally well, so overall I was satisfied, but they were very aggressive about recommending procedures and steering me toward more expensive ones.
