I went for a consultation about tip-only nose surgery with no implant. The consultation was detailed and good, but for some reason the director seemed a little sensitive.. I did not know much about rhinoplasty and it was my first consultation, so I was not being annoying or asking unnecessary things at all, but still..I really wanted to get it done and had already made up my mind 90 percent, but during surgery they said they would open it and see whether there was enough cartilage, and if not they would use donated rib cartilage, which would cost an extra 1,200,000 won... That was the cost for a first-time tip surgery, so it is too expensive and I am still thinking about it..If it was going to be 4 million won whether or not donated rib cartilage was used, I would have done it already .... I guess I need to get consultations elsewhere too...
