Day 7 after nose surgery, the area between my eyes is way too high

I had a full removal, but my face is totally Avatar + a fish. From the bridge to the tip, it feels flattened as if it's being pressed down. Every time I look at it, it's so funny, and Face ID doesn't even recognize me, but it'll come back,

Finally got it out;;!!! I wanted to write this, but Face ID just won't work no matter what. My nose is swollen and puffy I'm on day 2 after removal, and I took out only the silicone from ear cartilage + silicone, while leaving the nose tip
