Nose Surgery Reviews

I finally escaped my blunt bulbous nose at a-b and became a real person...

Everyone, hello! This time I had nose surgery at a-b Plastic Surgery, and I was so satisfied with the bulbous nose correction that I wrote a review. My old nose had zero definition, was low, and was round and blunt, right? It didn’t feel feminine at all and the center of my face looked flat, so every time I saw it I felt stressed, and after thinking it over I finally went under the knife for nose surgery. The surgery was done with implants + osteotomy + bulbous nose correction + hump reduction + autologous costal cartilage! It’s now exactly 2 months in, and most of the big swelling has gone down and it’s settling into place, so I’m leaving a real review. Even though it was my first surgery, I wanted to make sure both the bulbous tip and the hump were clearly corrected. After looking around online and offline, the material choice is up to the patient, but based on what I heard in the doctor’s consultation and what I thought about myself, autologous costal cartilage, which gives solid support underneath, was the most appealing to me. After actually using it, it holds firmly and the support at the tip is completely different! Above all, the doctor sculpted the low and flat line into a refined line that suits my face shape perfectly, and it honestly saved my face... After removing the bumpy hump on the upper bridge and narrowing it with osteotomy, then shaping the blunt bulbous tip to be slim and more defined, that was the real game changer. My impression changed 180 degrees, and I feel like I now have a much more sophisticated and sharp look Before, there was no height to it and it looked dull, so I’d sigh every time I looked in the mirror? Now the line flows smoothly from the glabella to the tip of the nose, the height is just right, and it has exactly that elegant-nose feel. At 2 months, the foreign-body sensation is almost gone and touching it feels much more comfortable too. Since it was my first surgery, I’m so happy the bulbous nose line turned out beautifully, and these days taking selfies is actually fun!!! If there are any of you who can’t sleep at night because of a bulbous nose, don’t just keep worrying about it. Go find a doctor who uses autologous costal cartilage well and has a good sense of aesthetics, and get a proper consultation. I really think surgery has to be done at a place that can draw a good line, so it gets done right the first time!
