Nose Re-Surgery

My third nose revision was a success with autologous costal cartilage

This was my third surgery, and the reason I decided to have a revision was that in the second surgery they used donated rib cartilage and silicone, so over time the tip of my nose started to droop and, because the donated rib cartilage seems to have been absorbed, it felt like my nose had sunk a lot, which made me decide to have another revision The consultation started with the manager’s consultation and then Dr. Kim Jae-yoon’s consultation, and the manager was so kind and understood my needs well, so the consultation went very smoothly. I also really liked the doctor’s consultation because the surgical process was explained in such a systematic and easy-to-understand way, so I decided to have the surgery at Lowell Plastic Surgery~! I used Fit Me, a 3D implant, for the bridge, and autologous costal cartilage for the tip. Oh, and I also had alar reduction at the same time. During recovery, they left cotton in my nose only for the first day and removed it the next day, so daily life wasn’t too difficult. A week later, when the splint was removed, the swelling went down quickly too. People around me also reacted positively, saying the surgery seemed to have gone well. It’s about one month now, and aside from the residual swelling, the major swelling is all gone, so I’m living my normal daily life!! I’m looking forward to what comes next!!
