My mom had lower blepharoplasty once before, but over time the area under her eyes puffed up again and the area below it started to look slightly hollow, so this time we had a revision done at 21 Plastic Surgery!! During the consultation, the director said that rather than simply cleaning up the under-eye area, they also needed to look at the parts that looked sunken so the line would come out more naturally, so they corrected that part as well before surgery.. Even during the design stage, they looked at everything very carefully, and my mom seemed to relax a bit more than she had at first, which made me feel relieved too Sure enough, after the procedure, it no longer looked like just the under-eye area was deeply sunken or that there was a sharp boundary, and the overall area looked much smoother, so both my mom and I are satisfied At first my mom was very worried because it was a revision surgery, but now her face looks less tired and the under-eye area has been naturally refined, so I'm glad we went through with it
