When I was looking for a clinic, I checked everything from app reviews to recommendations from acquaintances, narrowed down the list, and then got a consultation at H.D.M.H., a place my friends kept telling me was good for bulbous nose surgery.The director Hwang there designed the line exactly the way I wanted, and they also said CT imaging was possible, so before surgery I liked being able to check my nose shape in more detail.I wanted more than just a higher bridge; I wanted the tip and the overall shape to come out harmoniously, so I decided to have surgery with donor rib cartilage!The result was so much better than I expected that I’m really glad ><My old nose had a blunt, wide tip, so even from the front it made my nose look a bit big. Now the tip is slimmer, the line isn’t overdone, and it has risen beautifully just as much as I wanted.I got rid of the bulbous-nose look and it came out naturally with my face, so every time I look at my nose I feel proud It hasn’t fully settled yet, so I’ll need to watch how the tip takes shape over time, but so far, for a first rhinoplasty, I’m very satisfied.Before surgery I was worried about everything imaginable, but recovery was faster than I expected, and it went so well that I almost felt like I had a body suited for surgery.
