I didn't talk much with the manager and it felt like I had a quick consultation with the director. First, they immediately pinpointed the condition of my eyes, told me how they could match the symmetry and how many stitches? it would take, and also picked up on which eye shape would suit me, so just from the director's consultation I felt like that was what I liked most. It felt like they adjusted the line several times too. They seemed kind when answering questions. They also told me what would happen to the skin above my eyes after surgery... However, the manager asking how many consultations this was and about other hospitals felt a bit burdensome, and compared to other places I kept getting the sense that they weren't very friendly, so I felt awkward and hesitant.
