I used the before-and-after comparisons on the blog as a reference, and the after photos had a natural line. They showed a variety of surgery cases well, and above all, there was a case that looked similar to mine, which made it the first thing I liked. At the consultation, I talked about the columella being cut down and the step-like unevenness at the sutured area from my first surgery. They said the columella could be reduced by rebuilding the nasal pillar with costal cartilage, and as for the unevenness at the sutured area, they would do their best to make it not noticeable, but that it could not be completely solved. I have a slight hump nose, which I actually like, and when I said I wanted to keep it, the discussion became about filling the unevenness based on the hump height. The unevenness would be filled using temporalis fascia... I mentioned my crooked nose, which is congenital, and they explained how the surgery should be done so that the crookedness would not show. As for aftercare, if a hypertrophic scar appears, they give scar-inflammation injections. Basically, swelling laser and scar care dressings, I guess? Nothing especially impressive, but the doctor seemed to control bleeding well, and in many reviews they said the surgery is done neatly. So I thought, scar laser and things like that can be done elsewhere, let’s just go to a place that’s good at the actual surgery, and I put down the deposit.... There are a lot of things I’m worried about, so they said the surgery would proceed after an in-person pre-op consultation, and I plan to talk in more depth again then......

Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkAug 10 Planner Review
I went to get the cheapest lip filler injection. I made a reservation and went, but the counselors sitting at the front said in a pretty rude tone that if I did it right away, it wouldn’t be reflected in the system, so I’d have to make…

I waited nearly an hour just to be seen. The consultation, including the doctor and the coordinator, was only about 20 minutes total. The doctor’s preferred aesthetic seemed extremely natural, and the actual doctor consultation was just 5…
Eye Surgery Considerations@eye-thinkAug 10 A+ clinic review
I don’t remember exactly because I got it in early 2019. It was my first surgery after becoming an adult, so I went to the consultation with my mom, and I imagine it was difficult because my mom and I wanted different things. They clearly…
