Nose Re-Surgery

How about silicone bridge edge visibility, fat grafting?

I had surgery with a 3 mm straight silicone implant almost 15 years ago. I haven't had side effects like inflammation or contracture, but as I got older and lost facial fat, the shape of the bridge implant became clearly visible. The tip is fine, but the bridge silicone stands out so much that it's really bothering me. I'm prone to keloids, so I think a revision surgery would go badly, and I want to improve it even a little, so I looked into it and heard fat grafting can help, but there are hardly any reviews If fat grafting isn't recommended, is there any way to improve it? Is implant removal the only answer?
