The mid-cheek muscle suspension I had done at the same clinic was completely satisfying, but the facial fat grafting really stressed me out for a long time. Under my eyes, something like a frown pouch appeared, so my face looked really puffy, and no matter how much weight I lost, my facial shape stayed strange, and it took almost 2 years to go back. I was told that if fat is grafted there, it spreads a bit and even dark circles under the eyes get improved, so I went ahead with it, but there was zero effect like that. My face just looked puffy and my impression changed... When I watch YouTubers these days, they say I should have just gotten filler instead, and I really agree. At least filler can be dissolved Anyway, I really worked hard to lose weight, and my face did get thinner, but I hated looking at my face every day and it was seriously stressful. Please think carefully, everyone. Oh, and when they extracted fat from my thighs, I was freezing and the nurses were really unfriendly.
