I went for a consultation during peak season, and even though I had a reservation, I waited an extremely long time. (There were also the most people waiting out of all the plastic surgery clinics I've been to so far.) Before seeing the doctor, I met with the manager, and I had to wait a lot for that too. The gap after meeting the manager and before seeing the doctor was also extremely long. Overall, the staff felt very chaotic. The doctor only said exactly what was necessary and answered questions well. My preferred look is thin in
