Eye Surgery Considerations

I had abdominal + thigh liposuction / Please give me some recovery tips

After a lot of deliberation, I ended up getting liposuction.... The thickness of the front and outer thighs... and the lower belly that stuck out so much were such a stress, so I finally picked a day and went through with it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the hospital. The doctor took good care of me, gave me a long consultation, and I could feel that the design was done carefully. Since it wasn't a very crowded place, there wasn't much waiting either, (though I did go on a weekday.) When changing clothes, taking photos, or moving around inside the hospital... it seems like they shared the patient's movement path so all the medical staff and employees would know where I was. It felt like they were paying attention to each person, which made me feel a little more at ease. Separate from that, the procedure was very... very hard...... even now it's hard...... Of course this varies by person. I already have some symptoms of orthostatic hypotension and anemia, so I mentioned that in advance, and I also said separately that I'd never had sedation anesthesia before. Both the manager and the doctor kept reassuring me until before the anesthesia, so I was comfortable going into the surgery......but in the end: 1. The sedation anesthesia was... too hard to wake up from...... I thought I couldn't get up...... I am grateful that I did wake up... (I was groggy until dawn. I guess that's my constitution......) 2. It's day 5 and I still have a headache, motion sickness, nausea, and brain fog. When I take medicine it gets even worse, and it even makes me sleepy, so it's driving me crazy. (Almost impossible to live normally) 3. Unexpected bleeding. I definitely went into the procedure after my period had ended, but then my period started again, so I completely lost my mental balance... 4. Because of the symptoms above, the swelling and pain just feel mild. I learned another lesson today: you can only get a procedure when you're healthy...... () Separately, I'm satisfied with the procedure results! Even though I'm still puffed up and swollen, I can see that the flesh that used to stick out has been removed! I'm looking forward to how much better it will look as time passes If anyone has recovery tips for liposuction, please share as much as you can. I don't want to spend the whole month feeling groggy and getting through it, but my body just isn't recovering well...
