The doctor was kind and explained things well. As expected from a hospital famous for revision nose surgery, they seemed confident, and if you use autologous costal cartilage, it is a bit more expensive than other places. An acquaintance had surgery with Dr. Kim Deok-jung using donor costal cartilage a long time ago, and it has stayed looking good with no side effects. The hospital facilities looked old, and the counseling manager was kind. The doctor seemed skilled, but my personal aesthetic preference is for a softer nose, so I couldn’t go through with it. If you want a slightly more glamorous look, it does seem like a place worth considering for a stable result.
