I forgot what I was going to ask in the middle and got stuck, but they waited for me T_T When I worried about implants, they explained both the no-implant plan and the custom silicone plan. I think they said they would give an anti-depressor muscle / nasal wing Botox on the day of surgery so the nose tip would not be strained, and some kind of custom device to prevent distortion of the ears too. I like the nose line in the after photos, and it seems safety-oriented and the aftercare will be detailed, so everything is good, but I am still deciding because they said they would use the septum and cartilage...
