Right now it’s set up as a septal extension with autologous rib cartilage, and it’s so pinocchio-like and way too high.... The nasal tip and bridge are both pushed in a lot, and I want to lower the silicone, but the foreign-body sensation is also really bad, so I want to remove even the columellar strut... But if you remove the septal extension, they say the chance of columellar retraction goes up even more.. I’m also worried the columella might collapse Has anyone here had a septal extension made with autologous rib cartilage that became too high and had the septal extension removed?
