ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ autologous costal cartilage removal review, 2 weeks, return to original nose

A lot of everyone kept asking how things were going, so I’m bringing a 2-week removal review in the middle of the night, hehe. I had the entire autologous costal cartilage removed in my fourth surgery, and I had it done at ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ. If you search my other posts, you’ll find lots of information like the cost, surgical method, and all kinds of details, so please refer to those. I can’t keep answering the same questions... I’ve already graduated from this community, so I’m not going to keep coming back. If I talk too long, what’s the point. Just look at my photos. The side profile has almost returned to my original nose. The director said it will look even closer once the swelling goes down. The front view is halfway between my original nose and my surgical nose. I didn’t want to go back to a wide, bulbous nose, so I specifically chose a hospital that ties the cartilage. The 3rd surgery hospital I went to in January made the tip even bigger than my 2nd surgery and pulled the columella too far downward, so the midface looked longer and when I smiled it was a total witch nose Right now, the nose from my 4th surgery after removal is the most refined and the shape is pretty. There are a lot of posts saying the director has great aesthetic sense, and it’s really true, for real. Look at my photos from 1 week to 2 weeks after removal. There’s basically no swelling at all;; They say if the surgery is done well, there won’t be swelling. Still, the director said it’s still swelling right now(?) and that it’ll get a bit more refined, which makes me even happier. The 3rd-surgery hospital scared me a lot, saying that if the cartilage and support structure were removed, contracture would definitely happen and the nose would collapse. But the director at ㅇㅇㅂ said that if there’s no severe contracture or inflammation, removing the autologous cartilage won’t make the nose collapse, and there were many reviews, so I trusted it and did it, and now I feel liberated. It’s so comfortable and good. The reason I’m writing this review is because I hope there will be even one fewer foolish person like me. I had nose surgery over 10 years ago, lived fine, then wanted to return to my original nose and went around to famous revision-surgery clinics. At more than five places, they all said that if I wanted to go all the way back to my original nose, reinforcing it with autologous costal cartilage would be the safe and sturdy choice, and believing that turned out to be my biggest regret. If you want to return to your original nose, you should go to a removal-specialist clinic, not a revision-specialist clinic. Not knowing that cost me over 10 million won, left me with a chest scar, and made me suffer emotionally for 6 months; I seriously felt like dying Autologous costal cartilage is unbelievably uncomfortable and exhausting. My nose also developed dents, became uneven, and got longer... Please don’t get surgery with autologous costal cartilage... especially if you’re sensitive to sensation. I’m pretty tolerant of pain, but even I couldn’t stand it. Those 6 months were so horrific... If I had known about this hospital earlier, I wouldn’t have gone through such hell with autologous costal cartilage Sigh... It’s so upsetting that they don’t advertise much. They don’t even join cosmetic surgery apps, they don’t ask people to write reviews, and there are no discount events for writing reviews. They also don’t actively participate in the Naver Yeouya cafe. I also found out about this hospital through this community after my autologous costal cartilage surgery failed in January this year. The director has great aesthetics, doesn’t over-treat, runs an honest clinic, and is very humane. The 3rd-surgery hospital had done the nasolabial angle correction badly at the base of the septum, so I left it alone because I was afraid removal would be risky, and the horizontal line under my philtrum is still there But I was deeply moved by the director’s sense of responsibility when they said they would check again after 6 months and, if the horizontal line hasn’t improved, remove it additionally. There are many hospitals that just say they’ll take responsibility and then never meet you again when a problem comes up... This is a rare hospital. That said, I’m not saying everyone should definitely go to this hospital. You should go to the hospital that fits you. Briefly comparing based on my needs. (There are probably better hospitals too, but I only researched four! Mid-range surgery cost. No nasal packing. (4–5 million won)- ㅅㅇ: does not tie the cartilage (spreads out), told me to give up on nose shape for removal. Very firm about full removal. Refuses surgery for people who had philtrum reduction. Nasal packing for 1 week. Surgery cost is expensive (6 million won or more)- ㅅㅅㅇ: does not tie the cartilage (spreads out; will do it if you want), told me to give up on nose shape for removal. Very firm about leaving the support structure. Some surgery refusals. Does nasal packing. Surgery cost is cheap. (3–4 million won range)- ㄱㅇㅅ: ties the cartilage (shapes the nose), recommends leaving the support structure, possible to remove everything. Specialist in removal + reconstruction. Highest surgery cost (8 million won or more)If you’re worried about the nose collapsing, go to a safety-first hospital that leaves the support structure. If you’re like me and afraid your nose will spread because it’s bulbous, go to a place that ties the cartilage. And asymmetry of the nostrils (nares) or a crushed alar rim cannot be corrected by removal alone; you need to go to a reconstruction hospital like ㄱㅇㅅ and have alar rim (ear cartilage) grafting. There isn’t a single hospital without complaint posts. And no matter how good a hospital is, if it doesn’t fit my needs, I shouldn’t have surgery there. I hope you can judge your own needs well and graduate from this community. As the title says, this post is for people who are curious about ㅇㄱㅈㅇㅇㅂ. So before I graduate from this community, let me give a bit more information. Because this hospital isn’t as well known as the big three, there may be people wondering whether they do removals well. Every time I went to the hospital four times, I saw many removal consultation patients and removal patients with tape on, and when I asked whether they do many removal surgeries, they said nasal removal patients are the most common. The director has over 20 years of experience, and if the hospital has never changed location and never changed its name, that says enough I saw so many posts from people saying there were no reviews for this hospital. Do you know why? Because the hospital name is the longest at six characters.. [Apgujeong ㅇㅇㅂ, six-character hospital, 6-letter hospital, the long-named hospital in Apgujeong, not one of the big three] and so on. Everyone used different search variations, so it was hard to find through search I went through posts all the way up to last year, even through the removal posts up to page 100, and collected a little bit of review material. I hadn’t saved any reviews without photos, and I’ll share only a few photo reviews that helped me. Most of them have almost no recent comments. No news is good news, right?
