Fore breast surgery review!

A 3-day post-op review after getting breast surgery at Fore Plastic Surgery in Sinnonhyeon:) To start with the day of surgery, just as I had heard during the consultation, it was done under sedation anesthesia rather than general anesthesia, and I felt more reassured because it was a method that minimized physical strain and allowed the fastest possible recovery, so I was able to go into surgery without much tension. Even in the operating room, the nurses kept reassuring me, so I fell asleep comfortably, and the director personally handled everything from the anesthesia onward and said I would fall asleep soon. When I actually opened my eyes, the surgery was already over, my throat didn’t hurt, and I woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept deeply haha. The procedure included breast augmentation, axillary accessory breast removal, and upper-arm liposuction, and since the director also does a lot of liposuction procedures, I had the upper-arm lipo I had always worried about done at the same time, which was great because I could solve everything at once. Honestly, liposuction also takes a lot of time to find the right hospital for, plus the surgery and recovery period take time, so the fact that I could have breast surgery and liposuction on the same day was the best part! I looked into it and Fore uses a device called Vaser 2, which has the advantage of using ultrasound to gently melt fat so it can suction even deep fat layers without making things lumpy Since I already trusted the director’s breast surgery skills, I entrusted the liposuction to Director Min-young as well, and the incision line was under 1 cm, so I could go ahead without worry. The absolute best part was that there was no compression garment at all.....!!! I can live freely^^ To go back to the breast surgery, my original breasts were different sizes on each side, so different implant volumes were used on each side, and right before surgery we decided to make the implant size slightly bigger. My opinion was reflected, and they designed it to the maximum size within a natural range. During surgery, after reviewing the design, the final volumes decided by the director were Motiva Demi, left 265 cc and right 285 cc! The axillary accessory breast was also removed at the same time during the breast surgery without any additional scar! The private single room I was guided to so I could rest after surgery was also clean and private, which I really liked, and the overall atmosphere was cozy and comfortable. While I was resting in the room, my throat was very dry and I was thirsty because I had been fasting, but the manager also brought me drinks, which helped a lot with recovery Finally, I had a follow-up check with the director and was discharged safely. They said the surgery went well, and it was made naturally but still to the size I wanted. The pain on the day of surgery was less than I expected, more like stiffness, and now on days 2 to 3 there is swelling and a slight warm sensation, more like post-exercise stiffness than actual pain. Still, it’s at a level I can fully tolerate, and it’s getting better little by little while I rest at home. When standing up, it still seems easier and safer to get help. I was worried that the support bra or upper band would be uncomfortable, but they said I only need to wear the upper band for about 2 weeks, so it’s much less uncomfortable than I expected, and I don’t have to wear a support bra!! No drain either! Even though there is still swelling, the line is already so pretty that I keep looking in the mirror all day as a side effect... Most of all, I’m really, really satisfied with the result!!! People around me have said my breasts are so pretty after surgery, and even friends who had no intention of ever thinking about breast surgery are getting interested. I’m so excited to see how much prettier it will look once the swelling goes down and everything settles I felt reassured because the director answered my questions right away, and I really appreciated how well I was taken care of Recovery is faster than I expected too, so I’m already looking forward to the day the stitches come out!!!
