Consultation About Lowering My Nose...

Watching the video they showed me, I was surprised that the tip of the nose could move so freely. I can use Inofit or regular silicone, but Inofit costs extra. Columella removal recommended x2. They have CT and provide virtual surgery. They showed both what it would look like without columella removal and what it would look like with columella removal. They said columella removal is possible and that they would make the nose tip as pretty as possible. The doctor was kind. For the bridge, they would use Megaderm or Inofit. Consultation fee plus everything was 30,000 won. They said they would cut the existing autologous rib cartilage and reuse it. Since the columella would be placed between the wing cartilages, there wouldn’t be a strong foreign-body sensation. Lower the silicone. They said they wouldn’t insert cotton inside the nose... Even if the columella is removed, it’s hard to return to the original nose, and rather, to recreate the original nose, it’s better to add a columella support. As for the crookedness, even the original nose was crooked, but lowering the height would improve it a lot. Breathing would improve a lot, but since there may be other causes, they couldn’t guarantee 100%. I’m also torn about whether to keep the columella or not, and choosing a hospital seems hard too
