First of all, both the consultant and the director were genuinely so, so kind, which I liked. I asked a lot of questions and they answered all of them, and I was grateful that they honestly talked about side effects and even which canthoplasty options they did not recommend. There was absolutely no over-selling; if anything, they spoke in a way that suggested not doing unnecessary procedures, which made me trust them. The hospital is very large and seems systematic. That said, the aftercare side was a little disappointing, and the cost felt somewhat high. Still, among the places I have consulted, this was the most ideal and realistic. The only thing that bothers me a little is that it is full sedation anesthesia.
