I went in for a consultation, but the director was not there, so I consulted with the manager. The basic explanation was given, and she analyzed my eye condition in detail. But when I asked questions, it was often not answered directly and was brushed off with things like, "The director would need to see it to be accurate," so I felt shortchanged on information. The overall atmosphere was decent, but it did not feel as professional as I expected, and for any important decision I would still need to get a separate consultation with the director.
