Ugh I felt so frustrated the whole consultation. They absolutely would not say exactly what it was, and they said even they don't know what I'll look like after surgery. Everything was vague. If I said, "I want this and this," they would just look at me with a sullen face Then they would go, "Huh?" and explain again, and then say something like they could do it if I wanted, but it didn't seem like it would be effective. If I asked, "What do you think it looks like to you, doctor?" they'd say, "Does it look like that to me? Then I guess that's what it is. I honestly don't know." I just went because it's near my house and seemed famous, but if I had gone there from out of town for a consultation, I would've been really annoyed.... What a waste of time. They also showed me before and afters, but they only do revisions naturally well; re-revision wasn't good. If you're only going to do front canthoplasty revision, I'd recommend them.
