I went because the place is well known for contouring and I was curious. The wait time wasn’t long, which was nice, and the staff and manager explained things kindly and well, which I liked. Overall, it felt calm and everyone seemed professional. The director explained things while looking at the CT, which I liked because I could objectively see what my facial contour was like, and the explanations were given in a way that was easy to understand!! Whenever I asked questions in the middle, they explained everything in detail, which was really satisfying. They spoke honestly so my consultation satisfaction was high and now I want to get surgery too. There was no pressure or coercion, so it really felt like I had a proper consultation, and the manager seemed to know a lot about surgery too. I think they’ll also properly follow up after surgery at the hospital. The atmosphere itself gave a really strong sense of trust. I guess there really is a reason why an established place lasts so long.
