I had under-eye fat repositioning and a brow lift from Dr. Share Tae-gyeok at Inique Plastic Surgery.
The results of the surgery mattered, of course, but I think I got a lot of help from the clinic in the process of getting to this surgery, so I wanted to leave a review out of gratitude.
Compared with my peers, I had very severe wrinkles above and below my eyes. My dark circles were also pretty bad.. But I was completely blank and didn’t know what kind of surgery to get or where to start. I wasn’t looking for a typical double-eyelid surgery or anything like that... The barrier felt way too high, I didn’t even understand what people were talking about, and I didn’t have any idea which surgery I should choose, so I thought staring at my phone wouldn’t help at all. So I decided to get a consultation first and went in, but I had already become pretty turned off by clinics that were much more unfriendly and had a strong sales vibe. I visited Inique when I had already lost a lot of trust in clinics like that, and Dr. Share Tae-gyeok really examined my eyes carefully and recommended only what was necessary without overdoing it, so some of my bad impression disappeared. He said I’d probably need surgery in the direction of improving the wrinkles under my eyes and dark circles with under-eye fat repositioning, and improving the wrinkles above my eyes with a brow lift. When I mentioned in the middle that I also wanted double-eyelid surgery, he honestly told me it would probably be better not to do that, which made me trust him a lot. On the surgery day too, while designing on my face, I was very nervous, but he kept telling me not to be nervous. I also heard that he stopped by briefly when I was in the recovery room after surgery. Even when I went back to remove the stitches and check my progress, he explained how I was healing and how long I would need to wait, so I think I recovered with a very peaceful mind. It’s been about three months now and the swelling is all gone, and as you can see, my overall impression has become much brighter. Before, my eyes felt very sunken in and my impression looked dark too, but these days people keep telling me I look much brighter and that my face seems prettier, so my confidence has gone up a lot.
