The hospital facilities and even the nose design are a bit old-fashioned. But by old-fashioned, I don’t mean they pursue the kind of nose jobs people used to get in the old days; it’s more like they really pursue the utmost naturalness. For about 3 years after the surgery, it’s fine. But as time goes by, I start regretting that maybe I should have had it done a little differently back then. It’s to the point that even people who know my face don’t realize I had nose surgery. It’s not the kind of nose that people usually think of as a surgical nose. That’s what makes it nice, but also a little disappointing. I had it done in 2022, and both my nose and double eyelids are really natural, which is why I feel a bit disappointed... I’m thinking of keeping the eyes as they are and considering a nose revision. But honestly, it seems hard to make it any more realistic from here, so if you want to preserve your facial features as much as possible, I recommend it.
