The doctor was kind. However, at other places they said they only use the septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but here they said I’d need costal cartilage, so I suddenly started worrying a lot. Donor rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage are my choice, and they did explain the pros and cons, but I think I need to think about it more. I had a CT scan, and they also recommended functional nasal surgery. But the review photos shown on a TV screen at the hospital front desk felt a little more flashy than what I had imagined, so I’m holding off for now. The director was extremely kind, and after the consultation they even sent me a rough summary of the consultation by KakaoTalk.
