It’s been so long since I last came back Looking at the comments, you probably thought I had surgery and it went well so I wouldn’t come back, but I got slammed with work all of a sudden and was so busy that I was working without even having time to look in the mirror, let alone think about my nose or anything else. Then I started thinking about quitting my job soon, and with a little more breathing room, I started noticing my nose again… Right now I’m also anxious again, and instead of doing revision surgery, I’m thinking it might be better to just remove the silicone, take out the overly long columella lengthening, trim the nasal tip cartilage a bit, and just make the tip pretty. If I’m opening the nose anyway, wouldn’t it be better to do everything at once…? So among the places I previously visited for consultations, I’m thinking of going back to ㅍㄹㅁ and ㅅㅅㅇ for another consult. I know both are famous for removal surgery, but I’m not sure whether they’re also well-known for shaping and that kind of thing, so I’m thinking of looking for clinics famous for revision surgery… If anyone knows a clinic famous for revision surgery, could you quietly let me know? Or is anyone dealing with a similar case or has already had surgery?
