Double-chin muscle tightening, liposuction + deep cheek fat liposuction

Before<side (before)>Before<(before)>Before<(before)>Before<(before)>After<immediately after surgery><swelling><still swollen>Those who have seen my post will know, but I also had double eyelid surgery and a nose surgery at the same time. So I had quite a lot of swelling, and I focused on reducing it by making efforts like drinking two pumpkin juices and fox tea every day, walking for over an hour, and wearing the compression band all day when I had nowhere to go out. Up to day 3, I used ice packs, and from then until now I’ve been doing warm compresses. Personally, I really had no pain in my eyes or nose, but compared with those, my chin hurt the most. It wasn’t like, “It hurts so much I’m going to die,” but more like discomfort when chewing food, stiffness in the jaw, and the feeling that someone kept hitting my neck so it was full of bruises? That kind of level.  Lately, as I’ve been going out more often, I take photos while hanging out with friends, like in photo booths, and I can feel that my face has gotten smaller. Now I feel like I should lose weight and exercise while managing it together. There are still hard areas like bio-bond at the tip of my chin, under my chin, and on my neck, and I heard management methods include stretching, pressing gently and steadily, warm compresses, etc. They say it disappears between 1 and 6 months, so I’ll keep managing it consistently and become prettier. I hope everyone also gets careful, detailed consultations and researches thoroughly before having surgery! But I heard this clinic is especially famous for face shape, lips, and breasts, so I feel proud. I really researched hard on my own haha Like 2
