In one word, it feels like a factory. The directors all seem very busy and tired. It seems they recommend facial liposuction, double chin, and muscle fixation. For the nose, they just explained the materials used, without a CT scan. The consultation manager is very bright, but seems to have no backbone, recommending this and that and then saying it might not be necessary if I seem unhappy.
