A low, wide nose making my face look pressed down was a lifelong complex of mine, but what stressed me even more was actually breathing. My septum was deviated, so one side was always blocked, and no matter how hard I blew my nose, it never felt completely clear. Since I slept with my mouth open, my throat hurt every morning.. I had surgery for a deviated septum and rhinitis, including inferior turbinate reduction, and also had the cosmetic part done together. At first, honestly, it was a bit hard. One side's swelling wouldn't go down, so I thought it had shifted and spent nights searching online by myself... Director Lee Seung-bi said the inside was just swollen on one side and that I only needed to wait, but when I even caught a cold in the middle, it was really upsetting.. That passed too in the end. The swelling really did go down, and well, I think it was worth having the surgery..
