Non-open rhinoplasty using Gellak nose implant review (10 months post-op) My nose bridge was originally very low, and the tip was round and blunt, so I had Gellak nose implant + silicone + tip cartilage tying done, and the result is completely satisfying!! These days, people around me don’t really know I had nose surgery, and they just say my impression has become much more defined lately or that my overall vibe has gotten better, so I’m really glad it turned out exactly how I wanted, without looking overdone.. Especially the side profile is what I like most, and the line from the bridge to the tip is smooth, so these days I don’t even need to edit my side view in photos anymore, which has completely removed my stress. My blunt nose tip has also been neatly refined. Aside from the early discomfort from the splint after surgery, there wasn’t much that felt inconvenient. I don’t feel any foreign-body sensation at all now, and it just feels like my original nose. Overall, it feels subtly prettier, so I’m glad I went through with it and brought this review~!
