It’s a hospital a lot of people go to for nose surgery, so I thought the wait would be long, but maybe because I went on a weekday, the wait wasn’t that long. The consultation with the manager felt like chatting, lol. The back-and-forth was good, and she seemed to know a lot about surgery, no less than the director. When I consulted with the director, the conversation was really focused on what was surgically necessary, and it felt like the surgery plan? was being decided very smoothly. The aesthetics matched the style I’m after really well, and the consultation went into very detailed specifics, which was actually a plus.
