It was implant-free surgery, and I had a hump nose correction, nasal bone osteotomy, nostril reduction, and my nasal bridge was raised with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The area with the red circle is where the bone was wide, so they did an osteotomy there, but it’s spread out wide
And the checked areas near the nostrils are different sizes on each side..
When I look in the mirror, it does look like I have a nasal bridge, but when I take photos, it looks completely flat and plain, like there’s nothing there..
I think all the swelling is gone, but if it’s like this, I’m wondering whether it would be better to get revision surgery after 6 months. Please leave your opinions..ㅠㅠ
