First of all, I liked that the manager looked at everything very carefully. At the beginning, they took photos and clearly told me what kind of eyes I have and what is needed, which I appreciated. However, the director seemed busy, so the director consultation went by very briefly, which was disappointing. Still, they set the line well and immediately recognized what kind of eye needed which surgical method, then suggested it, so I felt the professionalism. I also liked that they showed cases of similar eyes that had undergone incision double-eyelid surgery and explained everything very carefully.
