They unnecessarily asked which clinic I had consulted before and tried to emphasize that they were more of an expert. Boasting about yourself can actually build trust, but putting down other clinics and making comments like asking what I said in the consultation, etc., just made me feel bad and completely lowered my trust. It was fine to ask what the other clinic had said before, but starting from asking whether they could even ask the clinic’s name, half of the consultation was spent talking about other clinics..
