The hospital facilities were good, and the doctor and the manager were all kind. The consultation also explained in detail what kind of surgery each one was, which was nice. However, the front desk staff seemed a bit unfriendly. They all looked busy, and when I was waiting, they just left me there... After I talked with one staff member and went in, I overheard another staff member say something like, "So what did they say?" which was embarrassing. Of course the price was not bad and seemed fine, so I did put down a deposit before leaving. They kept saying it would be a good case and that they were paying close attention, but it sounded a little too flattering, so I think I will think about it more...
