They kept showing me only the same example photos over and over. I felt they were kind, but they did not explain what goes into the big-eye surgery or what kind of procedure it is. The surgical examples felt a bit excessive. There was no explanation of what the line would look like after surgery, and it felt less like they were looking at my face and explaining, and more like they were explaining the result of a surgery. I do not know if it is okay to say this, but I do not know where the manager and nurses had theirs done
