The pre-op consultation was extremely long compared to other hospitals and seemed very sincere, but I ended up feeling like I had been misled. The attitude changed after the surgery. Even though I suffered financial loss worth thousands, I do not understand why I should be the one in the weaker position. Anyway, about the surgery result: I am dissatisfied, and I even wondered whether the doctor I consulted with and the doctor who performed the surgery were the same person, because the result was the complete opposite of what was discussed. I raised the issue, but it feels like they only put all their energy into the pre-op consultation. It is very hard to even see the staff below the doctor or the doctor’s face. Even the manager read my message and did not reply. It took 3 months just to see the director. They reported me for leaving an insincere review. Honestly, I wonder if leaving an insincere review would have been more beneficial for the hospital instead. I have a lot more I want to say, but leaving an honest star rating for the public good seems enough.
