My hump wasn’t this severe before, but after I lost weight, the middle of my nose stuck out so much that people said I’d be better off gaining some weight. I narrowed it down to clinics known for male rhinoplasty and went to consultations at several places, but Director D at DR explained things the most clearly. I trusted the fact that he didn’t just say everything could be done, but was honest about what couldn’t be done. I saw the consultation with Jonathan on his YouTube, and he seemed like a genuinely funny person. Of all the places I visited, this was the one where the back-and-forth felt the best. It’s been about 2 months now, and maybe because the surgery was done well, I barely had any swelling from the start, so unless they’re close friends, people wouldn’t even know I had surgery. Male noses can end up looking weirdly robotic or too feminine if done wrong, but mine came out with a really natural line without any of that. Once the nose center looked better, my eyes also seemed sharper, and I finally understood why male rhinoplasty is considered essential
