I’m finally writing a review four months after my first nose surgery. I had the typical fleshy nose with a low bridge and a wide tip. I went to three clinics for consultations, and this one felt the best, so I’m writing about it. [2 large clinics, 1 private clinic] It was a place with one director, and he explained from the very beginning why the nasal tip needed to be supported with cartilage. He said any higher than that would look unnatural. I actually trusted the fact that he suggested trimming it down instead. The surgery was done with silicone and ear cartilage, and after about a month I started to look like myself again. The day after surgery I went to have the cotton removed, and on the fourth day the external stitches were removed. The director personally checked all of my progress, which I think made it even better. The swelling was also easier than I had worried it would be. Personally, I’m very satisfied.
