The director's explanation was calm, detailed, and good. The manager looked a little intimidating, but was kind. The part where they explained what surgery I would need for my eyes was probably the most detailed out of all the hospitals I visited, so that was nice. However, the cost was a bit too burdensome, so I didn't decide on surgery!! There was some kind of note in the consultation room saying the director was a specialist in this and that so I did feel like they were someone with a lot of experience. I didn't decide to have the surgery, but it was a hospital with a high level of consultation satisfaction!
